Two-family house

Working in partnership with Property One, we developed an interior concept with optimized floor plans and materials for the two residential units.

We redefined the room program to create more space and generous storage areas. The room layouts appear clearer and make more sense for the residents.

As a home is a retreat for rest and relaxation, we used warm materials in earthy colors. The atmosphere has a calming effect and creates a sense of security.
