World of Bonnie, Bonnie Beauty

The premises in a former bakery on Bahnhofstrasse in Küsnacht were redesigned and converted into a beauty salon. The challenges were, on the one hand, the client's high demands on the building services and, on the other, optimal utilization of the rental space.

The floor plan features 3 treatment rooms with changing room and shower, as well as space for 3 pedicure chairs and a waiting area with product display. A round multifunctional piece of furniture serves as a reception desk in the center of the main room.

The three treatment rooms offer a spa experience. A specially designed starry sky is intended to create a feeling of well-being and security for customers. The lighting concept provides pleasant, non-dazzling light that does not cast unpleasant shadows on customers or staff during treatment.

A wall filler was developed with a company that specializes in surface filling and all wall surfaces were finished with it. The wall filler supports the flowing wall sequence and reflects the striking daylight/artificial light thanks to the incorporated metal particles.
