The commercial space was divided into two utilisation units. The customer area with lounge, meeting table and a materials library is located at the rear and is visually and acoustically separated from the staff area by an acoustic curtain in the passageway.

A full-surface acoustic ceiling, carpeting and window curtains ensure pleasant room acoustics. The Infrastructure lighting system from FLOS offers great flexibility and enables the use of different types of light. Different lighting scenes can be easily programmed on a smartphone using integrated software. It is also possible to control individual luminaires.

In the customer area, the cupboard and kitchenette niches were finished with a filler technology developed by us in collaboration with a surface specialist. In addition to the levelling compound, this contains real metal particles that slightly reflect the light and thus increase the illuminated surface.
