World of Bonnie, Bonnie ToGo & Bonnie ToStay

The premises in a former craft store on Bahnhofstrasse in Küsnacht were redesigned and converted into a bistro and take-away restaurant.

A well thought-out room layout and seating arrangement created a small area for optimal use. The challenge was to ensure the transportation of food from the preparation kitchen in the basement to the take-away and bistro on the first floor. Thanks to a food elevator, it is possible to work efficiently during lunchtime. A folding sliding wall opens the façade directly onto Bahnhofstrasse so that take-away guests can be served.

The materials were inspired by the adjacent beauty salon to ensure the corporate identity. Acoustic pictures with motifs shot by the client as a photographer complement the furnishings harmoniously and, in addition to an acoustic ceiling, ensure pleasant room acoustics.
